The Reformer is one of my favourite pieces of Pilates equipment, but then I say that about the others too...
I love its simplicity and the ability to be adapt a move, add something on to it, create new feelings in the body and challenge balance and co-ordination.
This is a simple example of how I play with standing slides - change of foot position and/or angle, add in arm movements, spine movements or all the above.
The more random we move, the stronger we become. Sticking to one way only gets us strong only in that way - play, make shapes, have fun!!!....
